- Delivery – $25 / Delivery & Set Up – $50
- Full Service – $50 initial fee plus $20 per hour per staff person
(includes delivery, set up, replenishing and clean up)
- Dishes, flatware and napkins provided at direct cost or rental fee
- Prices above do not include applicable sales tax
